.
I apply different aspects of my training and counselling experience depending on the specific issue and the client’s needs. I take a person-centred approach, which means I follow the pace and needs of the client, listening closely and being non-judgemental. I offer support and understanding, in a non-critical way, and can help you to explore areas of your thinking and behaviour where you may be experiencing difficulty.
.
I work in a constructive way with each client so that the client is engaged. Each client is different so I adapt my approach to suit the particular needs of each individual.
.
I undertake long-term work as well as short-term, goal-oriented work. Both long and short term work often leads to clients taking decisions or making changes to their lives.
